If so, this class is for you and your family! What about exploring Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite with basketballs or studying Beethoven’s 5th Symphony with Boomwackers? Bucket drums become a unique way to learn jazz rhythms, and swimming noodles become swords to fight out rhythms composed by your student.
(Click the play buttons below to hear recordings of songs composed and recorded by the class.)
These are just a few examples of the creativity and fun your children will experience every week. Students will learn music notation, singing skills, rhythm, famous composers, how to play instruments (including the recorder), and much more. It will be a well-rounded general music class. I guarantee they will be excited to come each week!
This class is appropriate for grades K-6. The concepts will continue to build as the year progresses. It is recommended that students commit to a full year of this course.
Pre-School Music Adventure

May 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th, 1:00-1:45p.m.
Cost: $100 per month
Who?: Ages 3-6 years
I find it truly amazing that when music is played, young children automatically begin to move. There is a natural emotional response within the brain when music is experienced through listening, moving, singing, creating or playing. The goal of this class is to allow these young children to explore and learn general music concepts while having a ton of fun. They will shake their sillies out, swing Sally the Snake to a steady beat, listen to musical stories, play bucket drums along with other rhythm instruments, experience a wide variety of musical games and much more. They will even be exposed to a little introduction to the piano.
Space is limited to 5 students.
